Where is libfreeglut.dll located?

I compile the freeglut program on gcc dynamically, everything worked fine for me, but when transferred to another computer, it complains about the absence of libfreeglut.dll. Moreover, in the freeglut folder itself there is a file with the same name, but only with the .a extension, the only dll there is opengl.dll. There is also no similar file in the mingw folder, but it somehow works for me.

Yes, I understand that freeglut is also a static library, I'm just sure that there will be such problems in the future when connecting other libraries.
