Where is it more convenient to store photos with search by tags?

I'm looking for a service, preferably with a good android application like dropbox or google plus, so that you can set tags for photos, and not just albums or folders. Set photos $work $fun and when entering one of the tags, find all photos with the same tag

I thought of Flickr 'e right away. He is a little slow in Russia. You can also try Yandex photos .
