I have a aiogram bot to which the sqlite3 database is connected. Where can I deploy a bot?

If paid, then any vds / vps server. The timeweb has a tariff for 189 rubles per month. It is considered more or less cheap.
You can look at the most cheap vds here, but most likely nothing good can be said about their quality .
