Where is CSS edited in MediaWiki?

Can you please tell me where the css file of the Timeless template is located in Mediawiki? According to the documentation , it is clear that MediaWiki:Common.css needs to be edited. But I can't find this file, I can't figure out where it is.

@Mari-art

It's not a file, it's a wiki page.
The link even says this:

How to edit the CSS of a wiki?
You shouldn't edit CSS files (like common.less) directly because it will make updating more difficult if you have to apply your settings every time you update the software. Instead, you need to edit the wiki page named MediaWiki:Common.css if you want to apply the CSS changes to all skins, or the wiki page named MediaWiki:Vector.css if you only want to apply the settings to the Vector skin.
The content of the MediaWiki:Common.css and MediaWiki:Vector.css pages always overrides the default CSS styles specified in the skin files.
