Where in the BITRIX24 interface are the rights settings for exporting deals from CRM set?

Look, I have an administrator account on the portal, I can manipulate users from creation to deletion, I can create funnels in CRM. In the CRM itself, I have the "Administrator" role, where in the "Export" section for the transaction, "Everyone" is indicated! But I don't have the ability to export trades, because there is no such item.

I click on the gear in the "Deals" section and there is no "Export ..." item:
