Where in Russia to place the server?

What DC in Moscow or St. Petersburg would you recommend for hosting a 5U self-assembly server with 1-3 video cards (that is, consumption of about 500-1000 W).
Criteria:
1) A lot of incoming traffic is possible (100Gb-10Tb per month).
2) Minimum price.
PS So far, I'm leaning towards the Selectel options, for their low prices.
Some calculations for options:
5U, 1000VA

Selectel(Россия): <br/>
4500руб + 500руб*((1000Вт-300Вт)/100Вт) = 8000руб/мес <br/>

Но тут есть сомнения насчет стоймости ватта, потмоу что при аренде 29.75 центов стоит кВт. Возможно у них опечатка в прайсе?<br/>
Тогда стоймость преврщается в (39EU+5.95EU*4U+0.2975EU*(1000Вт-50Вт)/1000)*40руб/EU = 2523руб/мес

Either Latvia seems to be, but one company there threw me, I don’t work with them anymore.
One gets the impression that if the hoster speaks Russian, run away from this hoster / data center

You don't have to carry anything. Just find an intermediary in Europe or somewhere else, order video cards from a local store / eBay to his address. Everything can be negotiated.

M9, m9-vdnh. Even in the telenet, the pings are not bad, but the power in my memory was falling.
