Where exactly "must upload new 392x240px rectangular covers"?

Good evening, in the morning I’m already trying to find where I can “download new rectangular covers sized 392 × 240px” as required by the “VKontakte Administration”, to which I sent my iframe game for verification (underlined in red):

In my “Settings” My app doesn't have that option.
Out of desperation, I tried uploading my 392x240 PNG file in each of the fields found (where I already had files of the correct sizes) -

but it is not accepted there:

Perhaps they made a mistake with the size... Try to add some screenshots of the application in the paragraph: "Application screenshots" and "Big banner for the "Editor's Choice" block"! Perhaps this will help, since I also do not have such an item in which one could upload an image with such dimensions!
