It is difficult to find normal developers on the side for a share, since they will "invest their brains", time, and whoever collected them will not invest a penny in it, then it will be easy for him to abandon the project, and also someone else's code / design to sell. And the developers will remain with the nose. If you believe in the project, then make a business plan and go to the Angels or to the bank for a loan, hire a team for Money and do what you want.
