Where does the system spend half of its resources?
not so long ago there was a problem - the system is not clear on what it spends a bunch of resources.
in the task manager in idle time with a minimum of running background programs, more than half of the RAM simply disappears (8GB installed).
as you can see, in total, about 1GB of memory is occupied for all processes, and as many as 4 are used.
The same problem with the processor, no more than ~ 10% is occupied according to the data from the dispatcher, if you add up all the percentages shown in the percentage column, but it shows employment by 20%+.
the funny thing is that it didn't happen before.
maybe I did not notice, but most likely it started after the next update of Windows.

Windows is not in a hurry to free memory when it is needed, we will try to free it.
In fact, part of the memory is free, does not want to spend resources on freeing, and perhaps this data will be needed in the future.
SysMain is just doing the analysis.
How often do you use a particular program and, if possible, preloads the necessary data.
I tried turning off SysMain, the disk load increased when programs started.
