Where does the selection processing get data on the balances?

There is a SCP base (1.3.112.4) without any special modifications, on the 1C: Enterprise 8.3 platform (8.3.13.1513).
Pick processing in sales documents or a sales order shows the balance is less than it actually is.
Example: picking processing - the total balance of 400 in the reserve is 300, the free balance is 100, BUT according to the GoodsInWarehousesRemains register (made a request), the total balance is 600, in the free should be 300 (it really is) ...
The reservation register converges. Warehouse storage only 1 opened and used. The base was tested and corrected.
At the same time, the processing "manager's workplace is working correctly." The problem is only in the selection and execution of documents (it is not carried out online due to the value exceeding the balance).
This happens from time to time with different positions of the nomenclature ... I tried to look at other registers (retail, goods for transfer, etc.), everywhere is clean, I looked at the documents, everything is fine too ...
Where do the legs grow, in which direction to dig?

If nothing has changed after the recalculation of the totals, then these are most likely accounting errors. Take the query that is used in the selection and check in the reporting console - there can be anything from sorting by characteristics to an incorrectly specified organization.

As I remember, the data for selection is taken from the "Free Remains" register, I think it should be compared with Goods In Warehouses Remains.
