Where does Chrome Portable store cookies?

In which file exactly?
I assumed it was
GoogleChromePortable\Data\profile\Default\Cookies , but its size doesn't change when cookies are cleared. Where is the file I need?

I used two versions of the ported version of Chrome through Portableapps.com
The regular version and the beta version.
So the usual one did not want to save passwords in any way. but the beta is successful.
I don’t know how this applies to cookies, but try experiments in two versions.
Just looked at the file is dated today.
compared by content files after cleaning?
