Where does Bitrix store views for an email template?

in general, in fact, here is my question. I tried to find files with code sections or text from a letter template, but it doesn't find anything. So, most likely, he stores it in the DB? And in this case, probably, it can be configured from the admin panel? As then?
And another question, I wrote my own function that does some magic, and then sends a notification, is there an API function that will send my data in this template?
I would write my own hack, but no one will support it, so we need a solution that is based on the capabilities of Bitrix as much as possible. Advise, something, please.
