Where does App.config come from?
I'm learning EF from this lesson . There, when creating an empty console project, the App.config file is allegedly created. I don't have it. When you try to add it to the project and copy the config from the lesson, nothing comes out either. Where does this file come from?

I use Visual Studio Community 2017 and this configuration file is in the project.
Are you adding from here?
App.config is used for application settings - similar to ini. Sharpe has built-in tools (class) for organizing access to the config. I just don't remember)
