Where do you ask questions and chat on topics: ASP.NET MVC and Azure?

Please tell me live and active communities on ASP.NET MVC and Azure. I have problems with Azure - it's buggy specifically. Asked a question on Stackoverflow stackoverflow.com/questions/30686552/error-by-publ... But for the second day there are no answers and only 17 views... I also tried to ask questions here. 3 pieces of questions hang without answers, although they have about 20 views. I looked at the CyberForum.ru forum - it is also full of unanswered questions, in general, there are also few people. I tried it on MSDN forums - it's also very hard - the first answer (not the correct answer, but just the answer) was after 4 days. Where do you ask questions? Maybe social media groups?
Does Azure have support at all like regular hosting? The platform is clearly buggy, and there is no one to ask a question.
By the way, the Microsoft Azure tag (existing and supplemented with a picture) - generally crashes when saving a question on the Toaster. Wrote in "Feedback".

I worked with Azure for a while, our hostings do not support the full functionality of Microsoft Azure.
You need to look for answers in Google for a specific question or ask me, maybe I can help
