Where do web designers get icons for their work?

You need to create a design for a space-themed website. There is practically no experience in this area. I found a couple of resources with icons and images and I was interested in the question of authorship. Do WEB designers use ready-made solutions in their work or do they draw each icon, process each image separately? The video tutorials on YouTube already have a ready-made database of icons and images and fonts that they simply place in Figma. I just thought about a career as a WEB designer a couple of times and I would like to know in more detail the stages of creating a design for a site and all the difficulties that designers face. I would be grateful if you tell me more)

Website flaticon - take a look, maybe you will find the right one.
In general, ideally, of course, they draw :)
And by authorship - the terms of use must be read.

Personally, I use these 2 resources: Flaticon and IconFinder
I recommend 1 site in general, because there are large-scale packs with icons in the same style, which is very important now, since modern design does not tolerate different styles of icons.
You can also draw them yourself, but it already depends on your preferences.

Likewise, flaticon is the best!
