Where do they get or make such abstractions for logos?

These are:

Where do they get the blanks of these figures, or do they draw them themselves? In what program?

Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDRAW..or other vector editor. Everything is done by hand, it's not that hard.

CorelDRAW - vector editor.
Circles, ellipses, rhombuses, polygons, spirals - in Tools.
Crossings, overlaps are made.
And look on the Internet Cliparts for Korel - a bunch of all sorts of blanks.
