There are many services that provide cheating subscribers / views in telegram. I noticed that all these bots regularly access the network, the question is: Where do they get these subscribers from and how does it happen that they are often online

Where do they come from and everyone knows. But the activity - they massively put their scripts to imitate the user. At random times, but at intervals, sending 200 accounts online is far from a difficult task.
Libraries for accounts have already been created - only in python there are 3 of them or madeleine for php. For others, I did not look for it, but maybe there already is.
