You have three options (as always):
1) Hire a freelancer on the exchange.
2) Hire a permanent employee.
3) Take a co-founder in a startup for a share in the business.

I'm generally also interested, especially price issues. Some of the wildest simple layouts - an application of one or two pages - one hundred dollars for each page ... And this is without design, with the design of the eye completely on the forehead. Why such prices? Why is writing on mobile more difficult than writing on a desktop?
