1. Who is the supplier of this content, do they have a public offer on the Internet, on the website, webmaster forum? Where can I read about their conditions?
2. Is it paid? Or does the provider of this API share the advertising revenue with the webmaster?

Схем много, но чаще, насколько я понимаю, работает такая: кто-то делает переводы и озвучку, им платят создатели контор-кидалова, которые рубят сверхприбыль на своих проектах и рекламируют их на сайтах перед киношкой. В этой схеме не хватает только лохов, которые готовы хостить и приседать за это.
