Where did the strange ngtpx service come from?

Hi everybody!
Today, purely by chance, I saw a certain ngtpx in the running processes
, I remember exactly that I did not install it, where could it come from?
Just in case, I stopped the process - all sites are working properly, can't be a rootkit?
Hanging on localhost on port 3000
