Where did the photoshop shapes go?

I installed a new photoshop, and there are no stars, arrows and other objects in the figures section. Where are they and where can I get them? Reset to default does nothing.

As an option, download / make a set of brushes with the shapes you need

why are they needed? if it's a web layout designer, they'll curse you.
