Where did the menu of the site on the "1C-Bitrix: Site Management 6.5.0" engine disappear?

Where did the menu of the site on the engine "1C-Bitrix: Site Management 6.5.0" go?

Nothing has been updated. I thought that there was a failure on the hosting - I updated all the files and the database from the backup - it did not help.

Where to dig? Looked at everything - everything seems to be in place. You can’t look at the source codes - the zend framework “closed” everything there.
Where to dig - help out!

Everything was decided by moving to a new hosting.
Thanks to all! Everything is working! The guys from Bitrix, with a license, help a lot!

It's like a paid product. Why not contact tech support?

Maybe the error logs will tell something?

In the settings of the Structure Management module, look at what types of menus are used on the site. For example:
"Top" - top
"Left" - left
Having found out the code (MENUCODE) of the missing menu, look for the file .MENUCODE.menu.php
Well, there, according to the circumstances. Even in the file manager, menu files are designated as “Menu type left”

The license was renewed, I wrote in the STP - a problem with hosting:
1. The server converts .php files, escaping all quotes
2. There is no preg_replace function - Call to undefined function preg_replace ()
To be continued ...

Did you change the PHP version on the hosting for an hour? Look at what is installed there and what are the requirements for your version of Bitrix.
PS That's why I don't like commercial products without support - you're not a warrior alone in the field.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
