Where did the initial yii2 templates go?

Encountered an error
Exception 'yii\base\InvalidParamException' with message 'The file or directory to be published does not exist: ***/PhpstormProjects/url/vendor/bower/jquery/dist'
The file in place everything should work, I thought I'll reinstall will start working
