Worked with a customer from the USA. Everything seemed to be ok, the first payment, the second payment, the third payment.
And on the fourth week he disappeared. Promised first. Then he disappeared.
I know everything about his company, address, etc. Where can I go to threaten him. Apparently he didn't pay taxes for my work. Of course, I will not apply. But the threat might work.
By the way, the customer is Indian. Got burned for the second time

Well, or drive to the USA, go to court there if you are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars and there is an official contract for the provision of services.
