Where can I upload releases of a native C++ application (automatically)?

Understanding continuous integration with AppVeyor.
If the Windows application is on the plus side, compiled with ms-build, tests are run, everything is fine.
But I also want to set up an automatic deployment so that the releases are uploaded somewhere to the public (on a bitbucket in downloads, for example, on the edge and Google disk will do).
Is there anything that will not be difficult to screw on?
