Where can I see the classifications of GUI Elements?

I am developing a graphical user interface. I looked through a lot of sources, but did not find a normal classification of elements (I mean the same buttons, links, datagrids, etc.). There were some from the W3C, but they deal specifically with HTML elements. You can look in the same VS, but there, in my opinion, is a purely formal classification.
Do you know of any sources where you can look up the official classifications (e.g. functional, behavior, complexity)?

In books on usability (the same Raskin) there is a classification of elementary actions.
The classification of GUI elements (if I understood you correctly) is generally vendor-specific. For example, someone will call a link on a form a link, and someone a button. There is no such organization as w3c for desktops, which means that the classification cannot be official: everyone calls it whatever they want.

There is a highly generalized classification, for example, UI elements of mobile applications or websites:

inspired-ui.com/

Maybe the Apple Human Interface Guidelines?
