I would like to read about continuous delivery in Russian, could anyone suggest sources?
Are there any companies or developers blogging about this?

Specify the question. Almost any large company whose delivery process consists of more than 1-2 steps usually has its own forkflow, and there is no point in publishing it.
And there seems to be no point in describing the standard git-gerrit-jenkins or sf-teamcity or svn/git-stash-teamcity bundles, and there are a couple of articles.
You limit the topic a little.
