Heroku and Pythonanywhere mentioned above won't run 24/7 on the free plan. It's easier to buy a server for ~ 100 rubles, which is both more powerful and will not cut down scripts.

I posted a test site here and it worked stably. I also posted a Telegram bot, but it turned off. Perhaps I did something wrong. I did not understand, because I am not interested in bots. Read what's up with this hosting
