Where can I publish a PC game for free?

In short:
There is a simple game for android, something like flappybird (not in the sense of the genre, but in the sense of simplicity). I would like to publish it somewhere. Not for profit, but rather for some kind of feedback.
More authentic:
I can draw a bit of pixel art. And I don’t know how to look for orders for such freelancing at all. Thus, I have very little work, and a lot of free time. So I decided to try myself as a programmer as well. So I could draw in my spare time for my projects. Blinded the game. And now I want to show it to someone. Get a portion of life-giving criticism, well, just brag, of course. For free. If it was flash, I would put it on some portal like armorgames or kongregate. But the android and everything connected with it is a dark forest for me. The fact is that a developer account on Google Play is too expensive for me (I'm serious). Moreover, this is only a "test of the pen." So I'm looking for alternatives. Please advise.

https://itch.io is a large, convenient, free English-language resource. I use it myself and recommend it. You can publish any game (in the title of the topic you indicated the PC game, in the description - mobile ???)
