Where can I programmatically get data about where the bus is located?

I want to make my own map with buses, where can I get data on where some bus is now? If you give an example in some programming language, it will be great.

Hello. It’s worth starting with this - and who will give you data on the whereabouts of the bus?)
You need to receive these data, and in order to receive them, you need to negotiate with those who give them.
And as you can guess, no one will give you GPS / GLONASS public transport data just like that.
What if you are a terrorist?!) And you can write on whatever your heart desires.
If purely for yourself, in order to understand the implementation, buy a regular gps tracker with an open source application and test.
But for security reasons, it is clear that no one will give solid solutions.
In fact, latitude/longitude are just numbers that are transmitted to a server and then compared on your map. So you can just safely emulate the movement (changing numbers) and send them to the server. After already process and issue graphically.

Yandex Transport

Each car is equipped with GPS and GLONASS devices, which once every 20-60 seconds transmit signals about their location to the carrier's server over the mobile Internet. The installation of these devices is carried out by the carriers themselves, municipal and private. Now the application in Moscow has access to information about 758 bus, 80 trolleybus and 38 tram routes, as well as about 350 Avtoline routes. We receive from the carriers the car ID, route number, type of transport (bus, trolleybus, tram or minibus), signal time and coordinates, latitude and longitude.
