Nobody knows any courses or trainers / tutors who would help put everything on the shelves and explain the work of the teapot framework)

If you do not have enough information in the public domain (which, in my opinion, is strange), then you can buy an additional tutorial yiicookbook.org from Alexander Makarov, one of the main developers of Yii.

And what is there incomprehensible? The site has everything (yiiframework.ru), even an example with a blog. And then read the forum + look at the code on github. Everything is as simple as 2 fingers.
