Where can I go for Linux support?
I recently downloaded Elementary OS on my laptop. Everything would be fine, but the computer freezes, although the characteristics of the laptop are good (RAM 4gb, Video card 2g. Core i3). Htop shows that packagekitd is giving everything.
And another problem with hibernation, elementary doesn't respond at all. The key is not pressed. Just a black screen. In Google I found that I need to do a reinstall of all drivers `xserver-xorg-input-all` did not help.

Linux is a very friendly system. But she chooses her friends carefully.
She doesn't seem to like you ;)
Or really install a paid distribution kit or buy technical support (I won't tell you for sure, I've never been interested), or take it to hell and install Windows (then you can safely tell everyone - I tried your Linux - Mr., but not a system), or still sit down and start to understand. Search on Google, look for people who work in Linux near you, read the forums....
They say it right
You have to figure it out yourself
Sometimes people hold conferences / meetings on installing Linux
There you can talk on the topic
But mostly Google and your brains help
With this approach - just demolish the linux and install Windows, and not a pirate, but a purchased one. Well, or paid linux - they are. Here you can write to support, mosk him to endure. But to install the free version and rely on the fact that there is somewhere someone who will be interested in teaching the teapot - well, you want a lot. No, such people certainly exist, maybe even here. But I advise you to understand immediately and forever - no one owes you anything - neither analyze your logs nor anything else. Well, at least it's free.
What am I asking! Where can I throw off the logs and tell you the pros where the problem is?
It is possible that the laptop simply does not pull. You in vain took ElementaryOS for a laptop. This is one of the most brake and heavy Linuxes. Despite the fact that it is considered beautiful - you have to pay for beauty - you need a powerful computer to pull all this graphics. Try Linux Mint. I put it on my laptop and everything is ok. Nothing slows down, but the beauty is also quite nothing.
