Where can I get Windows OS for my home server?

Good afternoon, Toaster visitors!
There was a desire to set up a home server for various hobbies: place test pages, attach some home devices to it, etc. etc. I must say right away that I am not strong in administration, I know a little of this, a little of that. By the specifics of my work, I am something close to a windows full stack developer: c#, asp.net, iis, windows server, ms sharepoint, etc. Therefore, I would also like to raise a home server running Windows Server. Please help me with the following issue: software licenses.
I want to install many things that I meet in my main job. But these things are all corporate and by no means free. What should I do if I want to have all this at home, but I don’t even have enough money to buy everything. The server will be strictly personal, with no intention to benefit from its use.

Go to the site - www.intuit.ru
Register, sign up for some free course from Microsoft, get a code to participate in the Dream Spark program.
After that, you register in Dream Spark and calmly download Windows Server and the key to it.
Install and use. No trials - a fully functional version with a key from Microsoft.

A special portal with evaluation versions (limited by the license term - depending on the product, this can be either 90 or 180 days; some allow you to rearm and stretch the term several times):
https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru /evalcenter
