Where can I get the Wikipedia database in CSV format?

Good afternoon, where can I find the Russian Wikipedia database in CSV format, a simplified version,
i.e. WORD - DEFINITION (literally, only the first paragraph of Wikipedia)
for example: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%94%D0%B6%D0%BE%D...
Joystick(English joystick - “aircraft control stick”) is a device for entering information into a personal computer, which is a vertical handle swinging in two planes. The main need for using a joystick is the ability to control a virtual object in a virtual three-dimensional space (coordinates along the XYZ axes). Tilt the handle back and forth, most often, leads to a change in the virtual axis "Y", left-right to change the virtual axis "X". In addition to the "X" and "Y" coordinate axes, some joysticks are able to provide the coordinates of the "Z" axis, either by rotating the joystick knob around its axis (commonly called "twist"), or using an additional control element based on the joystick. The software, having received information about the coordinates "XYZ", allows the user to control some virtual object displayed on the monitor. On the handle of the joystick and on its base are usually buttons, switches, sliders and other controls for various purposes. Most joysticks have dedicated D-Pad and Hat-switch buttons on the handle.
Or maybe some kind of dump, from which you can then make a CSV
