Where can I get the unique name of each user to store in the database?

I am writing a Xamarin application for Android.
Maybe you can somehow take the data of a Google account or some unique device numbers, call them a section in the database and write data there? Well, then to apply specifically to them, and not to the entire database at once.
I would like to know the best way to do this

This guide helped a lot
. I did authentication through Google and take UID - a unique identifier for each user

. But I'm not sure if this is a good practice ...
