Where can I get the 32-bit version of Ghidra?

The installation page says:

NOTE: All 32-bit OS installations are now deprecated. Please contact the Ghidra team if you have a specific need.

Question: were there any installers for 32-bit versions of the OS in the public and where can I find them? Contacting the NSA is not an option.

(added) Ghidra requires JDK 11, which only exists in 64-bit.

So the question arose - maybe there is an old version of Ghidra that will work with JDK 8 x86.
