Where can I get specifications for JTAG and SWD for STM32?

Is there in nature a description of the operation protocol (debugging and firmware) via SWD or JTAG for STM32 microcontrollers in the public domain? All my searches end with a brochure on the ARM website. Maybe some lists of commands in the official document.

They (ST) have a lot of datasheets on the site. it definitely was there.
True, there is such a drawback. they constantly shovel the site. all links are lost, each time you have to look again.
I can also advise you to look on the site segger.com - there are examples and initialization scripts and utilities for flashing / debugging

It is important to understand that SWD is not an exclusive STM32 protocol, but part of ARM's CoreSight technology. Accordingly, there is a need to look.
Here is a description of the interface itself. And how to work with CoreSight is already here .
