Where can I get ready-made layout templates for training?

Hello everyone, I recently finished studying the theory of layout. Many familiar typesetters advised me to start practicing, i.e. this will be more useful than many books.
The theory was studied using the video courses of Petrov Specialist for 2010-11, judging by the reviews, he gives more knowledge than many modern teachers. But there are nuances, namely there is practically no information about html5 and css3, is it worth reading something about this separately or in practice everything will fall into place in your head?
And about adaptive design, what is worth studying in order to understand the basics, but only for a short time, now my task is to learn the basics of layout as quickly as possible, i.e. less theory, more practice.
Well, the most important question, I will make up templates of a similar level
north.goldeyestheme.com/north
wisten.goldeyestheme.com/wisten
Now I'm making similar one-pagers, but only design, the task is to learn how to typeset my work. As an option, you can, of course, buy templates on various resources and learn from them, but this is too expensive, especially given the crisis. Therefore, maybe someone will tell you or give advice where you can take templates of similar complexity for training?
I apologize for the many words, it's already night, my head really doesn't understand already :)

Of course, it's not worth it - this is your omission and it must be corrected. HTML 5 is the next version of the standard you studied, it removes some of the restrictions that were in effect in version 4 and adds new elements.
You won’t be able to create templates of the level of those that you threw off without a minimum knowledge of JS.
Of course, you should not buy them, look for freebies and you will find them. Any demo version of the template will work for you ;).
About adaptability - use www.browserstack.com to check.
