Where can I get mod_gsmopen.dll x64?

I'm trying to install freeswitch and make friends with a gsm modem, but a problem arose: I can't build mod_gsmopen.dll (after all, I'm not really friends with visual studio, after so many years with Delphi). And for some reason it is nowhere in finished form. Could someone share a ready-made module for x64 or tell me where to find one?

After suffering for a day, I managed to do it myself. If anyone needs it, take it (built in VS 2012)
