I plan to write the logic for processing inputs and outputs in a PC program, i.e. the so-called SoftController.
Interested in whether there are ready-made libraries (C #) for writing logic, as in a PLC, i.e. ready-made functions for timers: TON, TOF; RS flip-flops and other logic functions...
