Where can I get json or any other workable representation of actual traffic tickets?

Interested, sites ala www.pdd24.com/pdd-onlain, manually fill in the data, or is there still an official source of this information somewhere?
As an alternative, I'll consider a free offline application for linux :) For I'm going to hastily file a subject.
If someone interested suddenly comes across, I can write an offline application for their resource on Qt, something like this.
