Where can I get jbimages plugin for justboil loader?

In the file uploader documentation for tinymce in the justboil.me documentation, in point 2 of the installation, a certain jbimages plugin is mentioned. I don’t understand where to get it, it’s simply not in the specified plugins folder and it’s not in justboil distributions either. Please tell me what's the trick here, who worked with this bootloader.
