We need a chat between visitors to the online store and managers. Not an IRC clone, where everything is in one place at once, but a private chat for each visitor individually.
What is required:
- private chat for each visitor
- manager online/offline status display
- manager chats in parallel with several visitors
- ideally, support for several online managers and distribute visitors among them randomly.
In general, a standard support chat.
