Where can I get free dictionaries (not programs) En-Ru, Ru-En?

You need to attach a dictionary to a paid application for iOS. I looked, there is StarDict, but they are under GNU, i.e. can not be so?
I see that there are a lot of dictionaries for iOS, there are large companies like Lingvo, they have their own dictionaries, but there are also a lot of just loners, they take them somewhere. There is nothing in the descriptions.
I would not want to screw something against the rules - if Apple throws the application out of the app store after a while ... Well, the authorities will be dissatisfied, let's say so :-)
No one will advise? I will be very grateful.
