Where can I get frames for films through the API?

We need to display frames for certain movies via API from other services. What are the implementation options? It is important that it works quickly and accurately.
We tried to collect data through the unofficial Kinopoisk API, it returns very slowly. We tried it through themoviedb, many frames contain posters with titles. IMDB has not found an official open API. What other options are there?
