Where can I get examples of documentation describing how the network / servers are built in the company, etc.?

Who and how describes their built company network/servers in the technical documentation? In other words, is there any GOST or maybe someone has a "fish" for writing such notes, i.e. what and how is it arranged?
Where to write is clear, the same Word / One Note or DokuWiki, for Visio diagrams, for SVN / Git configs, etc. But it is the question of the structure / table of contents / list that is of interest, i.e. what exactly to specify and in what order. So everything is on all sorts of notes / diagrams, etc., but you need to put everything together and call it “documentation”, so that, for example, any knowledgeable person from the street who comes to your place can easily figure out your network. Roughly speaking: put everything in order.
It seems that there is something similar on the network: network-documentation But I would like something more.

@Franciz

so the link is enough
about the network, always the topology, these are always pictures,
then a description of the servers and daemons / services on them, that's all

I don’t know about GOSTs, I use ansible and AWS-style network schemes) works with a bang
