Where can I get equipment for PON in the apartment?

Rostelecom brought me fiber to my apartment. We put boxes in which out of 4 ports I can use 1 for the internal network. The master said that nothing can be done with this - at the firmware level.
I did not come across PON routers in stores. On the Dlink website "Supplied to projects".
Question: Can I buy an unfortunate router for myself somewhere?
