I created a telegram bot for personal use, in which the current bitcoin rate appears every hour. I want to reinforce the usual text with a picture. Is there any exchange with its own API that provides such an opportunity?

All cryptocurrency exchanges provide a public api (if one doesn’t, then it’s not an exchange, but just an exchanger or a scam), but almost all of them severely limit the receipt of historical data, so either collect it yourself with several requests at the required intervals or look for archived ones.
