Where can I get API keys for Youtube?

Hello!
I ran into this problem...

    'key' => env('YOUTUBE_API_KEY', 'YOUR_API_KEY')
];

I got an API key from Youtube, but I don't understand where to get YOUTUBE_API_KEY from.
Give advice, please.

nowhere:
YOUTUBE_API_KEY - variable name
YOUR_API_KEY - variable value.
