The situation is this, I am making an application for ios to notify about video recording cameras (the application will be free and without ads), where can I get a more complete database of cameras in the Navitel format for initial data (then you can upload the speedcam.txt file to the application folder yourself), so that was fresh and there were no problems with its copyright holder. And it is even better to have a service from which the program could update the database via the Internet. I asked a question on w3bsit3-dns.com, but people there are not responsive.
